ORDERING FROM US
Whilst we make every effort to ensure all products are in stock in the event of us not having your chosen product we will call or email you and offer either a refund or a later delivery if possible. Confirmation of orders will be emailed to you within 24hrs. Please note that orders are only processed Monday to Friday. We aim to process & despatch your order within 5 working days.
Credit card orders are processed securely by Shopify Payments - Sass & Spirit does not handle any credit card data for orders placed online.
Please note that pictures may not be to scale so do always check dimensions. Colours are reproduced as accurately as possible, however, as with all photography, there may be some slight variation. Depending on the weight and size of your parcel delivery will be either with Royal Mail or a courier service.... or if local we will endeavour to deliver ourselves obviously adhering to all social distancing guidelines.
U.K. orders over £20 are delivered for free (temporarily, during the coronavirus issue).
Packaging - please note that we do try & recycle as much of the packaging that we receive as possible when sending out orders … so please don’t be surprised if your ‘box’ has been used before!
Postal charges will be added to your bag after you have entered your delivery address to ensure the correct price.
Currently we do not accept orders from outside of the UK.
PLEASE NOTE THAT CURRENTLY DURING THE COVID-19 LOCKDOWN NO STORE COLLECTIONS ARE POSSIBLE
We offer a shop collection service. You may collect an order from our Store in Haslemere. Please select collection at checkout for this service - Orders will be available for collection the next working day after 3pm.
Don’t like it? If you aren't happy with any of your items please return them within 14 days of receipt. We can offer a refund on any item as long as it is unused & returned in its original condition. Please note, however, that we are unable to reimburse postage costs. Please request a proof of postage as Sass & Spirit cannot be held responsible for anything that may get lost or damaged on its journey.
Damaged items? If an item is received damaged please let us know within 24hrs of receipt. We will of course replace your item & pay for return postage.
Please inform us of your intent to return by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and then post the returning items to: RETURNS, Sass & Spirit, 1 Hillcroft, Shepherds Hill, Haslemere, Surrey GU27 2LZ
On the rare occasion you may have changed your mind, don’t worry it can happen! Please return your purchase instore for an exchange or credit note.
All faulty items will be exchanged where possible or a full refund given.
Please note the following;
- sale items or ‘sold as seen’ items cannot be returned
- for hygiene purposes earrings & knickers cannot be returned
Currently Gift Cards can only be used INSTORE not online. We hope to change this soon.
